What is Vastu Shastra? 

Vastu Shastra is an ancient  architectural science that finds its origins in India. It guides the  design and construction of buildings with the help of simple and natural  laws that govern the universe. The origin of vastu dates back to almost  7000 years. Primarily, vastu Shastra provides information on what to  keep in mind when choosing a piece of land and while constructing  buildings. In Sanskrit, the word vastu means “site” or “house  foundation” and shastra translates to “science” or “teaching.”
